Shipping Methods
- U.S.P.S. - APO/FPO orders welcome! Delivery will take approximately 4 to 6 weeks.
- All orders require 3 to 5 days processing time before going to the shipping department.
- McCutcheons Ink. LLC (mccutcheons.info) does not process orders during Friday, Weekends or Holidays.
- McCutcheons Ink. LLC (mccutcheons.info) does not guarantee same day shipping.
- Exact delivery times to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico, etc., cannot be guaranteed and are shipped by U.S.P.S. Priority Mail only.
- For International orders call for weight and extra shipping charges.
Product Return Procedure
- To return a product in compliance with McCutcheons Ink. LLC (mccutcheons.info)'s satisfaction guarantee, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within the guarantee return period for the product (described above). Please call 1-541-791-MINK (6465) during McCutcheons Ink. LLC (mccutcheons.info)'s hours of operation to acquire an RMA number. McCutcheons Ink. LLC (mccutcheons.info) will not accept returns without prior authorization and a RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days within which return products must be received by McCutcheons Ink. LLC (mccutcheons.info). RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product. New policy is Product sales are sold as is, final, not refundable and are considered final. Due to contamination, products will not be refunded if not in original sealed package unopened within 15 days from recept delivery date.
- Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to McCutcheons Ink. LLC (mccutcheons.info). Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping and insurance charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, and other accessories provided by the McCutcheons Ink. LLC (mccutcheons.info)'s. If any component of the returned product is missing, McCutcheons Ink. LLC (mccutcheons.info)'s Return Procedure will be breached and McCutcheons Ink. LLC (mccutcheons.info) may in its sole and absolute discretion reject the entire return or choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component(s).
